[Resolved] Bata India — Manufacturing defect in the shoe

I purchased a pair of shoes from the above mentioned outlet, the invoice number is 17-08-15/00015, dated 17/08/2015 invoice amounting 3700/- and the product code is F[protected] CITY BOUNCE. The insole of the shoe got damaged within a month. I had submitted the shoes with the store on the 29/08/2015. I have been constantly following up the store, however the store manager MR. Vinod as informed by the store has been out for a training and the attending store were not in a position to address my concern. After a week I have been told that there is nothing that they could to help me on this issue. They have advised me to buy another sole. The replacement policy states that any major damage to the sole and insole calls for a replacement. This is clearly mentioned on the bill.
I have been making visits to the store as when i have been asked to do so. I have visited the store nearly 6 Times. The behavior of the store manager has been extremely rude.
