[Resolved]  Bata India — Product damage and poor customer service

Hi, I brought a pair of shoes on 30 march 2015 from Bata barabanki showroom, but shoes pair are damaged in just 2 days, may be 2 or 3 hours after wear it, after complaint in Bata on thier toll free Number [protected] the customer care executive give me 100% assurance to fix the issue in three days but after complete the mentioned timeline again i have contacted then but againt they are asking for more 2 days time. My complaint No is :408078 &399386 &394319 &390006 & 384613 & 422360 and always your assistence ask me wait for some hours . Please act on mentiones complaint ASAP else i will register a complaint in district consumer court.
