[Resolved] Bata India — Shoe defect

Hi,
I bought formal shoe in month of november[protected] from amanora mall. Shoe get defected after use of 15 to 20days. I have submitted shoe to your showroom for replacement but no one informed me to collect the shoe, i went there after a month and i do not get shoe replaced. Store manager told me that complaint will log through customer care. I did the same from there. But i have not get reply. Again i have called the customer care for the same and still i am waiting for your revert.

Can some help to replace my shoe. I don't want to listen the from you guys that i will get 60 %or 80% replacement. I
Want my shoe to be replaced 100%.

I got the call from +[protected] stating that I will get the refund in my account and asking for my credit card details. Can you please confirm that this call is from your saide or this was a fake call.
