I purchased dr. Scholl's ladies footwear from b block market cannaught place.I didn't mind the price as I was confident about the quality because I've always trusted BATA. But to my shock the footwear purchased in the month of May 2014 has already started showing signs of wearing off.The thread used to stitch the upper portion is broken at places and soft layer is coming out of it in the right foot of the two.I'm so disappointed. What shall I do?
