BBMP Garbage Collection (Bangalore) — Garbage not collected in spite of follow up even if van comes they dont pick

There is no place to keep garbage safe from stray dogs in our locality. We are working people as many o[censored]s in bangalore we keep the garbage packet before van arrives for collection.Hey do they collect garbage from home and sorroundings leaving our garbage as such, not picking it up.
Even some people are paying them 100-200 rupees so that they collect their garbage.
Do we really need to pay when we are already paying tax for swacch bharat?

Bangalore suppose to be very clean before this municiplaity change,
Is it worth in bangalore which is a global city and suppose to clean, not only in our locality they dont pick from other roads nearby,
First of all they are not regular, no proper timings for their arrival, secondly we are paying, and worst they are not picking garbage, it is their duty right.
