Hi,
I have issue for router configuration pending since Friday (21stNov 2014-6PM). All that is happening after calling up support is 24hrs limit and no response other than flooding up of inbox. The tickets are opened up and closed on their own, irrespective of issue being resolved. Called up around 14times and still having "24hrs" excuse on the roll. No senior authorities helped with the issue till date. To my surprise, the customer support asks us, "no call from technician yet"? Your technician had problem coming before 9AM and after 9PM during weekdays. We approached you over the weekend, so that there is no scope of escaping. This also led to our disappointment.
Dear support team, it is your responsibility to send a technician or atleast provide us with the contact number so that we can save our money and time by calling them directly and not bothering ourselves by calling you, where there is no help available.
