I have taken the beam connection and paid the entire amount for one month subscription . Even after 4 days connection Is not given. Contacted customer care banjarahills Hyderabad. But all in vain. The technician who visited my home for arranging cable is not picking up the phone. Now iam taking this matter with honorable consumer forum. Praveen [protected]
