ACT Fibernet — Disconnecting the internet connection

We are billed monthly Rs. 9000 plus for internet from Beam. Every time we pay the cheque before time. This time even after raising a complaint to collect the cheque(complaint token no, [protected] dt. 15.06.2016). It was assured that the cheque would be collected in 24 hours. However no one turned up to collect the cheque and later Beam disconnected the line effecting my daily office work. Customer care for beam is always busy. Seeking a remedy to this.
