ACT Fibernet — Intermittent frequent disconnections | |||
I'm a dedicated customer of Beam cable for many years and last month I renewed my connection for one year by paying Rs 12000 . For the past 2 months everyday my connection is snapped and after multiple compliants they will take a day or so to rectify the problem, with the promise the server problem at their end will be resolved permanantly and I won't face such problems again. But yet again very next day I'll face the same problem, while I'm doing an important work. Every time I do lodge a compliant, nearly half an hour or more time is lost and more that 20 rs charged to my account. Please do something about it. Now there is no other option left for me, than go for an alternative connection like Hathway or Airtel. I definitely won't recommend Act Fibernet to any of my friends, relatives or colleagues, until my concerns are put to rest.
