Bescom — BESCOM helpline number 1912 is always busy(Resource allocation is very poor) | |||
So many time I have observed that the BESCOM helpline number is busy for a stretch of whole hour.. Even though you call them continuously, its always busy(not everyday). They should increase the resources. With this less number of resources managing whole Bangalore is very difficult. Somehow contacted EE Ashok(Under Shivaji Nagar), He resolved it in no time..
