AND THEN I M CALLED TO WORLI NUMBER [protected]...THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD RECIVED COMPLAINT NOW THEN I WILL SENT BIG VAN TO U R AREA...AFTER GIVING COMPLAINT TO THAT AREA AFTER 2 HRS HAS LIGHT COME ON 5.25...AND MY WHOLE FAMILY AND I SUFFERING FROM SUFFOCATION...BECAUSE OUR DOOR AND WINDOW IS TOTALLY PACKED...BECAUSE IN OUR AREA MANY THIEF HAS DOING ROBBERY IN NIGHT ON 22/05/2015 AGAIN LIGHT HAS GONE IN 2.00 AM SAME PROCEDURE I HAD DONE CALLE D IMMEDIATELY IVRS, ...MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 2275216 WHICH IVRS EXECUTIVE PROVIDED ME AFTER MY COMPLAINT...THIS TIME LIGHT WAS GONE FOR 3 HRS WHEN I CALLED WORLI NUMBER I HAD FACED [protected] MR. RAUT...HE SPOKE WITH ME IRRESPECT LANGUAGE...HE TOLD WHAT WE WOULD DO JUST NOW WE HAVE RECIVED U R COMPLAINT IT WILL TAKE 1 HRS TO REACH VAN TO U R PLACE...I WANT TO ASKE BEST SUPPLY...THE TIME WAS MIDNIGHT FROM WADALA DEPOT THE VAN WAS SUPPOSED TO REACH 20 MIN HOW IT WOULD TAKE 1 HRS...MR. RAUT HAS COMMUNICATING WITH DIS RESPECT... ON 23.05.2015 MEANS YESTERDAY LIGHT HAS GONE 11.45 PM...SAME PROCEDURE I HAD DONE TO IVRS THEY TOLD ME COMPLAINT NUMBER 2275846 1 HRS HAS PASSED NO ONE HAS COME I WAS ASKING TO EACH NUMBER [protected]...I HAD SPOKEN MR. JAGDALE...HE WAS TALKING WITH ME ARROGANT...WE WILL FINISHED OUR WORK FIRST THEN WE WILL COM E TO U AND THIS JAGDALE SPEAKING WITH ME LOUDLY SCREAMING ON ME... EVEN I HAD CALLED [protected] VAN NUMBER THEY ALSO SAYING WE WILL FINISHED OUR PENDING WORK THEN WE WILL COME TO U R HOME'' FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT I M GETTING ARROGANT ANSWER I M ASKING TO BEST SUPPLY EVERYTIME WE PAYING OUR BILL ON TIME BEFORE DUE DATE...SO WHY R SUPPLY IS GOING OFF IN OUR AREA... I M REQUESTING TO U PLZ CHECK CAREFULLY WHY IN OUR SUPPLY IS GOING OUT...AND PLZ TAKE SEVERE ACTION ON THAT STAFF WHICH NOT GIVING ANSWER TO CONSUMER WHICH CONSUMER WANT FROM THEM [protected] PUTTING RECIVER TO SIDE [protected] VAN NUMBER NOT GIVING ANSER PROPELY TO US [protected] MR JAGDALE SPEAKING WITH ME ARROGANT LANGUAGE [protected]...NOT GIVING PROPER INFORMATION AND ALSO I HAD COMPALINT OF BEST SUPPLY THAT IN OUR AREA ONE LADY IS THERE WHO GIIVNG BILL TO SOME PEOPLE CORRECTLY AND OTHER BILL IS NOT DELIVERING TO OUR...PREVIOUS BILL WE HAD PAID ON TIME... EARLIER 2 MONTH WE NOT HAD RECIVED BILL FROM BEST THAT LADY WAS TAKING THAT BILL TO HERSELF AND AGAIN TAKING BACK TO HER...SO WE GONE BEST SLETRICITY WADALA DEPOT AND TAKEN 2 TIME DUBLICATE BILL AND PAID PENALTY CHARGE NOW ALSO SHE GIVING ALL BILL TO SOMEONE AND THAT PERSON WETHER DELIVERE OR NOT IT DEPENDS ON THEM I M REQUESTING TO BEST PLZ GO THROUGH IN THIS MATTER AND PLZ GIVE US SATSFACTION OF BEING AN PART OF BEST SUPPLY
