As can be seen the difference between previous reading and current reading is 104 units, but the superintendent customer care d-ward best undertaking charged me for 239 units and an additional amount of rs. 1000/- as adjustment/other charges in the same bill. the error in billing and the inflated bill was brought to the notice of the divisional engineer consumer redressal grievance forum (decgrf) and igrccdward at best undertaking by emails and they forwarded my emails to the superintendent customer care d-ward for necessary action. error in billing has not been rectified. complaint is also filed by me at malabar hill police station for registration of fir. last june2015 is 101 unit. never got this higer bill so sort out.
