Sir, I am Charushila P Kamat Sr. Citizen residing at B-201, 2nd floor, OM Shiv Co-hsg Soc, Pandit Satvalkar MArg, Mogul Lane, Mahim, Mumbai- 400016. Consumer No.[protected]*3 Account No. 2045044. I have received bill of Rs. 4250/-. In AUG'2015 Nobody was staying at home as we were went to our native place. before this month also room was vacant and sometimes used by our relatives that is also on Saturday & Sundays.Then also we received high amount bill. Even there is no reading mentioned on bill as well as no billing Period mentioned on it I feel the amount charged to me is in correct & there is some error in billing or there is electricity theft, kindly review & request you to look into this matter at earliest & refund me the amount.
