Bharat Gas — About not booking of refill through mobile number

My consumer no.is 4722 under PADMA AGENCY, Athgarh, Cuttack, Odisha. I have received SMS on 27.05 15 &13.05.2015 about blocking of my LPG connection due to long refill gaps. When I tried to book my refill through registered mobile no.[protected], no booking could be possible.Therer is always a reply to dial again. I want to know whether my mobile no. has been deregistered. If so, Why? If not, then why my booking is not possible? Please let me know about the status of my connection.
