[Resolved] Bharat Gas — About the website and customer care service | |||
I want to change my address for the Bharat Gas connection. I went to agency very badly answered. I logged in with the website http://www.ebharatgas.com/ and tried to post complaint online. As per rules done all registration process, received login id etc. Typed the complete complaint as follows : ' I have couple of complaints against our distributor 1 Not delivering the cylinder on time: We never used to get the cylinder on time 2 No proper arrangements to handle customer at the office I went to the office so many times The office itself is very small The office staff always shouts at you They never see the aged senior citizen people keeps shouting 3 Owner of agency never available 4 for Gas transfer only one answer forms not available 5 overall very poor service', the text is not getting submitted at all says, No special characters allowed' .I removed all fullstops still same reply and finally online complaint is not accepted. Called on customer care for my query, received a answer, 'VISIT your agency'. (Regarding agency you can read the above complaint' What is this going on? Not getting what to do now?
