Bharat Gas — Account block from last 4 months

My gas bottle connection has blocked since last 4 months and i m very much stressed by going to the distributor many times and they always reply that the blocked will be open soon but the time goes on and till now nothing had happen so please do favour to me and open out my blocked account so that i can gey the bottle .
