Bharat Gas — Automatic Booking Cancelled

My Bharat Gas Consumer Number is 24606 with Gurukrupa Gas Agency Kalyan
I had ordered Cylinder on 18th Feb 2015 but it stood cancelled by themselves so also again I booked on 27th Feb 2015 which was supposed to be delivered by 2nd March 2015, but it haven't.
Please help me to resolve this
