I had a bharat gas domestic lpg connection in ojhar, nasik from air force gas agency and my consumer no is 15261. The distributor code is 114530. 13.01.2015 i have booked my cylinder in Padmavathy gas agency chennai (Selaiyur branch). After that i have went there personally 2 times they are telling, we have taken the bill and we will deliver the cylinder within 2 days like that but still we have not got the cylinder. Always they are doing like that. This is not good for your good service.

i went to rudra bharat gas service on 25-01-2014 located on shatikunj road, haridwar for new connection for single cylinder LPG connection. i was told to deposit rs 5000/- which include connection costs and compulsory gas stove etc. when i told that i already have ISI marked gas stove, the their offcial refused to issue me lpg connection only and said that they care least about any complaint against them in this regard. pl clarify company stand in this regard....

I initially booked my Gas cylinder in the last week of December 2014. On Jan-01-2015 I received a SMS stating that my booking was cancelled. When I called the agency office they told me that cancellation had been done for all bookings due to Aadhar card submission issue. I had submitted my details long back still they did this for me. I booked a cylinder on January 23, 2015. I received a sorry message so I called the gas agency and asked about the booking status. The executive asked for the consumer number and I replied to her my consumer number and she said you will receive your gas cylinder within 3 days of time and she dropped the call. After a week again I called to the gas agency and told them that I did not received the gas cylinder yet.
