[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Cancellation of my cylinder | |||
Dear Sir, I am consumer (No. 30387) of Bharat Alok Gas Service (B-78, Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh 110043; Distributor Contact No.: [protected]; Emergency Contact No.: [protected]), South West Delhi (Sap code: 113545). This is to register a complain regarding none delivery of refill gas. I had booked for refill cylinder on 19.10.2014 & Booking Ref. is[protected]Order No. 1132618). Till yesterday I did not get cylinder. When checked online status of booking, I got shocked to see that my booking has been cancelled. So I had to book the cylinder once again today. Could you please let me know what went wrong with my previous booking which prompted you to cancel my previous booking. This is not the first time booking has been cancelled as several time this unfortunate thing happened. Please take stringent action against the person who do this type o[censored]nethical thing.
