Bharat Gas — Collecting Extra charges during delivery time [protected]@gmail.com Hi, I am ravindra singh and My consumer number is 69274084. I have booked cylinder today and they asked me to collect from godown. It was 1KM away from my place. I went godown to collect new cylinder. Godown is near collectorganj. I have reached that place finally and they asked me to pay 590 rupees and bill amount was 565. They collected extra charges and they didn't help me to lift cylinder also. I was calling some one for help to lift cylinder and no one came. I have lifted. the cylender so i request you kindly take the action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
