Sir,
I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (M/S KALAPANA GAS AGENCY, PC MITTAL BUS STAND, SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI). My consumer number is 6170. I have booked for a gas refilling on 01ST of April 2015 (Booking no. 501). The gas agency promised to deliver the cylinder within 10 days of booking date. Till date i.e. 5th May 2015, they have failed to deliver the same inspite of regular reminder personally at the office and on phone. This has been a regular thing for the past few years. I am a service holder and it is not possible for me to take leave and visit the gas agency to remind them. The agency proprietor puts forward silly excuses every time I approached the office. This is causing a lots of inconvenience at home at my kitchen.
Please do the needful so that such problem does not rise in future.
