Bharat Gas — Cylinder booked for delivery on 26/12/2014 not received till 22/01/2015 | |||
Sir, I am a Bharat Gas Consumer & my Adhaar Card has been linked with my distributor and my savings bank account, for which I have received message and also Rs.568/- from the Central Government as subsidy to my bank account. I have booked my gas cylinder on 26/12/2014 through IVRS Phone No: [protected] with my dealer from my mobile No.[protected] and has been allotted a refill booking No.[protected]. My consumer Number is 1369 & my LPG ID is[protected]. The name of my dealer is "Bharat Flame" which is situated at Simla Street, Kolkata-700 006 West Bengal. The telephone number of my dealer is [protected]. Please note, that I have not received my refill cylinder till today and they are saying that I will get the refilled cylinder after one month from the date of booking every month even though I book through mobile IVRS system. It means that I will get the refill cylinder on the 26/01/2015. Kindly note, that my neighbours are getting delivery of refilled cylinder within five days from the date of booking through the IVRS method of booking that has been in use presently. Please note my distributor's code as 461832. I am very harrassed by this distributor and I am being deprived of the facility that the Central Government is giving to all the LPG Consumers by this particular dealer. Please make thorough enquiries whether my cylinder is being supplied to unknown persons other than the actual consumer for higher profits in the black market or other unscrupulous methods of earning undue profit in between these days.
