I book ed bharat gas in OM Enterprises Distributor code :- 451869 on 09/07/2015 booking no 44864005 and having consumer no.24490 but delivery not recived as on date 21/7/2015 while contecting on the office of OM Ent. gas agency give me poor response i am a bussiness man my faimly facing so many difficulties now what should i do thore is important to metion that maximum no.of families in unhappy from OM Ent. Gas Agency If you feel that the basic right of a Consumer has been violeted by the above mentioned Gas Agency please take necessary step against the distributor or permit me to lodge a case against the agency in Consumer Court.
