Dear Sir I would like to inform you that I had booked cylinder through net for refill on 18.04.2015 vide booking reference No.[protected], order No. 19107. Ten days has passed but the refilled cylinder yet not supplied. My cylinder is over & there is no means of cooking food at my home.
