Bharat Gas — distributor not providing cylinder after booking

Dear Sir, My name is Dharamveer sharma and i have a gas connection with company Bharat Gas Limited from Auth. Distributor sushant enterprises, Hodal, Teh. Hodal, Distt. Palwal, Haryana, my copy number is 8178869, i book my cylinder two times with my mobile against Booking Number[protected] Dated[protected] and Booking Number[protected] Dated[protected], Both the times when i go to the agency for my Booked cylinder, they told me that they don't have gas cylinder, when will the gas come they will provide gas to me, Last time when i Book the gas on[protected], i went to them 3 times in three days regularly, last time they told me that my booking is expire and i have to book second time, after that i book again on[protected] and went today for my cylinder, Today they also told me that they do not have gas cylinder this time, according to them i have to come again after 2 days now, first of all they do not provide home delivery and when we go to the agency, they told us the gas in not available this time, please look in this matter and help us Thank you in Advance

I Have not received the lpg cylinder. Booking details are given in the image. I repeatedly told to distributor. Please look into the matter

I booked it on 04.05.2017..After booking no one came for delivery and also not contacting me regarding this and now they cancell my order by showing reason that the consumer is out of station when i was not going anywhere else...and now i am suffering without lpg since last 15 days so what can i do now...please take necessary action against it and help me to get my lpg as soon as possible...

Distrubtor_ Madhu Gas agency Sandhurst Road,

Almost 12days had been passed and yet I had not received cylinder yet. In fact nobody is receiving call and after complaint done on toll free number for which I had received a ref no: 2290174 stating that one of office we call contact and solve the problem but not one bother to contact yet.

After making complaint agency people had received call on yesterday and assured that cylinder will be delivered but not yet it has been delivered & after making call today to agency a guy said will received today, I asked why there is a delay? So he replied that kindly contact owner as he/she has not given order to deliver.

Kindly look into the same & get the deliver done.

I am Krishna Mohan S. My Consumer No is 66483048. My Distributor is Padmasrinivasa Bharatgas, 85/126, 1st Cross, Muddinapalya Road, Anjananagar, Bangalore-560091 and Distributor Code is 186271.

My problem is from last 3-4 times after booking refills, the distributor is not supplying the cylinder. They raise cash memo after 4-5 days they cancel my refill booking. If I contact the distributor they instruct me to contact delivery man - Mr Nagendra. When I contact him he says when I came to your house the door was locked. Actually my wife will be there always. Every time after booking refill, I should go to the distributor and rebook the cylinder.

Kindly look into it.

Iam bharat gas consumer i have order gas and i recieved the refill but the person who came to deliver the refil demanding 50/- extra than the raised invoice when i asked y should we pay extra amount then the person said our distributor said to collect extra amount bcoz of corona virus . The distributor now charging extra money in the name of corona virus. Idid not took the delivery of the refil my consumer no is 36271131. The amount to be paid is 761.50 but the distributor is demanding 820 plzz look into this matter and deliver me my refil as soon as possible

I am Serajuddoullah Shaikh.I have booked Bharat Gas domestic cylinder vide booking no.157807.The cylinder was supposed to be delivered on 25-12-21.I had deposited Rs.935/- against Refill booking vide Ref. No.[protected]. Till date my cylinder has not been delivered.
