Bharat Gas — For new lpg connection

Dear Sir /Madam i have applied for new LPG connection 10 July 2015 request id 17862254.After this i have received confirmation email and sms for new connection.I contact to dealer for this but his employee said our dealer not allowed for giving new connection at village address .I have also compliant on customer care [protected] (reference no. 799688, 801545, 807231).But nothing result. Kindly help for issuse me new connection .my contact no. [protected]
