Bharat Gas — Gas cylinder delivered show in on 29/01/15 but not received

Dear Sir, My name is Nemai Nandy & our Consumer No: 3859, LPG Id:[protected] today I am show in website that our previous booking (Order no. 1201025 dt: 20/12/14) deliver on 29/01/15 but till now (dt: 31/01/15, 12:40 noon) not received any refilling cylinder from distributer and one interesting thing again cylinder booking Order no. 1227732 dt: 30/01/15 without concern my phone call. Please treat this matter most urgent basic. Kindly note that, We haven’t received any refilling cylinder before 45 days from booking.
