[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — GAS CYLINDER DELIVERED WITHOUT THE PIN - A BIG EXPLOSION AVERTED

Respected Sir/Madam, I am consumer of Bharat Gas, consumer no-5581, under distributor- SRI SAI BABA AGENCY, address-NO.46, Pammal Main road, Pammal, Chennai-600075 . Today in the morning when we opened the seal to change the cylinder, we happened to witness the pin was missing and the gas was leaking out with full flow and pressure. A small flame would have blasted the whole building . It was a great escape for all o[censored]s at our home and the whole building . THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY BIG MISTAKE WHICH IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE REFILLING SESSION .It is the duty of of all the Gas agency suppliers that before giving the cylinders to the customer they should recheck the cylinders well.This could have very well ended up in a very big explosion, taking lives of many. Our timely action averted this. we would like to bring this to your notice that it should never happen anywhere else.kindly take necessary action. Email id - [protected]@gmail.com
