Bharat Gas — gas cylinders is not delivered

Dear sir I am Narinder singh s/o Dilbar singh I booked my gas cylinder on 22-Jan 2015 with booking no.[protected] . 21 days are passes, cylinder is not delivered yet by the distributer name as kalley gas agency which is bharat gas distributer . we are so frustrated by this kind of poor service . kindly take actions as soon as possible . my customer no. is 2029.
