Bharat Gas — home delivery not provided

its been lanty of times that i have approached to the ministry of oil and natural gas agency for the complain of home delivery against kundan gas agency areraj (pin -845411) reagrding the home delivery for the citizens of areraj, as per the standard rule of Bharat Gas they have to provide the home delivery with the 9km redius of the area but they are not providing the same. i have filed RTI as well for this but as of now no response. the condition of this area is worst, people are coming at night in the queue to get the refilled cylinder and thay have to be in the queue till next morning 10 am and since my father is senior citizen, he can not be in the queue for the long time .kindly look iint this else we will file a case against this gas agency.
