[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Jai Harsh Bhaguna Gas Agency - Noida Sec-22

My name is Ajay Sahai bearing LPG gas connection AP7721 of Bharat Gas (Jai Harsh Bhaguna Gas Agency, Noida sec-22) I had booked for a refill of gas on 12th Aug 2014 bearing auto gas booking sms confirmation no:[protected] and it was mentioned that all the booking is cleared till 07.08.14. On the 16th Aug when i enquired about my gas delivery from the local delivery person, he informed me that he has not received any information from his office and asked me to book again. I made the booking again on 16.08.14 bearing sms auto confirmation number:[protected] and this time the message says that all the booking are cleared till 13th Aug. I suspect that there is some forgery is being done by the local delivery guys and my booking is being allotted to somebody else and my quota of subsidised gas cylinders are used by somebody else while paying. Request you all to please look into the matter and offer some resolution to this issue as I still have not received my gas cylinder till date.. with thanks & regards Ajay Sahai [protected]
