I am a bharat gas consumer. My distributor is shri dayal bharat gas agency .His shop is always closed and when I call on numbers written on shop and voucher, no body picks the phone. WhenI book cylinder online, it gets delayed too much.Sometimes online entry is made that cylinder is delivered while actually cylinder is not delivered even after a week also. Cylinders are delivered underweight. Here customers are helpless to whom they should approach because agency shop is found closed and nobody picks the phone. In past also many complaints have been filed against this distributor but no solid action is taken against him.
