Bharat Gas — lpg subsidy not yet received

I am suresh my gas consumer no is 20588 lpg id is[protected]. my Aadhaar no is[protected] and it has been linked to lpg id on 23-12-14.still now 04-03-15 I had not received any subsidy amount to my iob a/c.last 28-02-15 .
