Sir/Madam, I had booked for one LPG cylinder on 17/07/2015 (at 09:51 am) vide IVRS booking No. [protected]. On 20/07/2015 I received a message which express that my LPG Refill Order No. 63294 has been cancelled on account that it was found that I am no residing at the address I had mentioned in the documents.
