[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Misusing of D.B.C. and manhandling by Mr. Aashish of M/s Bhupindra Gas Service, Sirsa

R/Sir, Respectfully, it is submitted that I am a consumer of Bhupindra Gas Service Sirsa and having Consumer Number – 23683, Subscription Voucher No.[protected] issued with Single Cylinder & Regulator on dated[protected]. Now, I am in need of D.B.C. on this connection, I went to the premises of Bhupindra Gas Service on dated[protected] at about 16:00 Hrs. along-with all the documents (i.e. C.I. Sheet, Subscription Voucher, Bharat Gas Copy, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card, Ration Card, Copy of Bank A/C & Affidavit having No. 25117 of Rs. 10/-) Mr. Aashish the son of Mr. Bhupinder Singh was in the office and has said that you are already availed D.B.C. connection. I enquired that sir please inform me on which date D.B.C. was taken by me. Suddenly & swiftly Mr. Aashish moved and misbehaved with me using abusing language, threatening me and forced me out of his office in the presence of his staff. Then he made a call from his mobile to some other person and two persons came and one slapped me. If, CCTV camera’s are installed in the office/premises of M/s Bhupindra Gas Service, Sirsa all the footages may be looked into please.
