Bharat Gas — NON RECEIPT OF DOMESTIC LPG CYLINDER

Sir, Please refer my consumer No.11600 in the name of MJ SIBIKUTTAN. My connection is with Preethy Bharat Gas Agency, Kodumthuruth, Kuthiathode, Alapuzha District, Kerala-688533. Ph.[protected]. An SMS received from BA-BPLPGb at 0513 Hrs on 18 Apr 15, mentioning that my LPG Cylinder against my booking No.[protected] has been delivered on 17 Apr 15. But the same has not been delivered to me yet after frequent remainders. I am staying with my wife and two school going children. We are fully depend on LPG for domestic cooking. Since last 02 days we are facing a lot of hard ship due to shortage of LPG. It is requested that, please intimate the present status of the LPG cylinder delivered by BP in my name on 17 Apr 15.
