Bharat Gas — Non-Receipt of Gas Subsidy. Consumer No.20477

I had purchased Bharat Gas Refill Cylinder for Rs.770.50 on 9th December 2014 in the name of AnaRita Albuquerque residing at Taleigao - Goa. The said Cylinder was booked vide O.R. No.151473 dated 4.12.2014. The C.M. No.109599. Till date I have not received the subsidy in respect of above stated booking. I am Senior Citizen aged about 80 years. Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest. AnaRita Albuquerque Taleigao Goa.
