Bharat Gas — Non-Receipt of Subsidy (DBTL)/Manual Billing by Distributor

I booked Bharat gas re-fill on[protected] vide booking Reference No.[protected] in respect of my Consumer No.S-23570 with Shiva Gas, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.The LPG refill was delivered to me on 15/05/2015 but the Subsidy portion (DBTL) has not yet been credited to my Savings bank account number [protected] having IFSC Code JAKA0ERAILH with The J & K Bank Ltd.Rail Head Complex, Jammu.My LPG ID is[protected]. Moreover the distributor of the Gas Agency namely M/S Shiva Gas is providing only Manual billing to the customers and not Computerised billing which he is required to provide.
