I, D.S.Murthy,
having LPG connection with a Consumer number 109691. I have been booking for refill through ebharatgas.com after registering myself for the last two years. I have updated my mobile number also with the Bole Gas agency long back. I have also booked two or three times by giving a miss call to the number they have allotted to me through registered mobile number. Now all of sudden, when I tried to log in for booking of refill, it is asking to enter OTP number. Further to my dismay it added that the OTP is being sent a number which was already changed long back. Due to this I could not enter generate even OTP number since the OTP is being sent to my old number. Finally I could not book my refill. So I personally went to Bole Gas agency and submitted all the
required documents (like Address proof, aadhar card, gas book first page and a form which was downloaded for change of mobile number) for updating of my mobile number on 26/07/2014. They have informed me that it would be done in a weeks time and asked to call after a week. Today (02/08/2014) I called the agency to enquire whether my number has updated, they informed me that it will take another two weeks. They have not even given any reason. They have not even acknowledged the documents which I have submitted.So, I am forced to write to you for finding a solution to my grievance.
