[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Not able to login

Dear Sir, I am John and am not able to login my account. I typed the wrong password more than 3 times. Then clicked on the forgot password option but the password wasnt sent to my registered mob. number. However, i found the piece of paper where i had written that password but that isnt helping either now. Why so.. Could this be due to attempting to login more than the limited number of times. Please help..
