Bharat Gas — Not changing the regulator which is leaking

Dear sir we have a Bharat gas connection since 2008 which was on my brother (Babu g).On 8/10/2013 this connection was transferred to my Mother consumer no 4719, since then we were complaining to our agency(Rose Bharat palackal court, kochukavala, vaikom, kottayam, kerala Ph no [protected])that our Regulator is leaking, we have taken the regulator to the agency twice they returned the same and said it is fine, once they changed wiser in the regulator still it leaks very badly.Whenever we called up to the agency they never respond to our call.
