Bharat Gas — not deliver at recorded address

Dear sir, I am consumer HARI SHANKAR JAISWAL 15617 of Kt gas agency at azamgarh (UP). The agency deliver gas at own shop/godown. If I want to find gas at own recorded address, he used to cancel my booking. Only four gas deliver in this financial year to me. I booked 3 times in 21/12/2014 to 29/12/12/2014 But no delivery given by him . I again booked on 21/01/2015 booking no[protected] after registered ac no at agency and bank with LPG ID[protected].
