[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Not delivering Bharath Gas

I am a customer of your agent Vinod Gas Agency, Balaramapuram. Ph:[protected]. My customer Number is 9612. I made a refill booking on 16/06/14. Booking No is[protected]. So far we have not received a cylinder till 22/09/14. On 18/09/14 I contacted them. They said that the booking was cancelled due to name changing, if you book again now, tomorrow you will get a cylinder. I booked the same day and my booking number is[protected]. Whenever I make phone call to there representative, she says tomorrow must be delivered. Today 22/09/14 yet now I did not get cylinder. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. Without inform me, they cancelled my Booking. did not inform me after changed the Name. Hence please take necessary action and solve this problem.
