Bharat Gas — Not getting cylinder refill even not getting response

Hello Help desk My consumer number is 47336241. I had placed an order on 28th Feb -15 for cylinder refill.But this order was cancelled without any reason/confirmation. I have checked all the details on portal . Also i have lodged complaints on portal but nor getting any resolution. I can see there that my bank details are not showing however i have already provided all the details with my distributor. I am very disappointed. Even i tried oil industries toll and toll free numbers but calls are getting dropped after waiting. Please look into this serious matter and do the needful.
