Bharat Gas — Not giving supplies even after 50days of bookin

One booking has taken place by phone 50 days back...but till date no delivery is made by vishal bharat gas, , , after several reminders to deliver the same...but responce to our supplies...today received one message...dear customer your lpg refill order no.[protected] has been cancelledon account of order cancelled as cylinder could not be delivered after two attempts please...now this type of testics started by distributor or co...is it justified...such message gave me a shock of cheating.
