Bharat Gas — Not supplying refill gas cylinder regularly.

I am Bharat gas consumer and my consumer number is 14701. I have booked for refill of cylinder on 16/7/2014 booking no.[protected] . The Laxmi Enterprises who is a distributor of Bharat gas didn't supply me with any refill.Again I went there on 18/8/2014 and requested them to book for two cylinder that I have. They didn't take my request. Till date both my cylinders are empty. No sign of refill supply.
