Dear All Concerned,
We booked for our refill-cylinder on 27th Feb'2015 vide order no. = 1119433.
Deliveryman came to our home on 03rd of March'2015. He was Over-Charging from the amount what exactly was mentioned on the slip. He was asking for Rs. 650.00 from my wife while the slip had Rs. 636 printed therein which my wife refused to pay him. Secondly my wife also asked this man to weigh the cylinder on our digital weighing machine.
My wife found that the cylinder had 200g less gas and was underweight which was also not acceptable to her.
In result of that this deliveryman (named somewhat Munderlal or Sunderlal) rudely behaved to her and threaten my wife that he was taking the cylinder back and she would not get home refill deliveries of her cylinders from now and onwards (in future too).. You would now have to collect your deliveries from Gas Distributer's Godown only.
Sir, we request you to please take an appropriate action on this man at your earliest and we should have our cylinder delivered at our home as soon as possible.
This man should apologise of his deed and action in front of my wife. We shall appreciate your earliest action in the subject matter
