Hi Im a consumer of Bharat gas from last 3 years consumer number 52750027. Got transferred from Pune to Vadodara and from last 3 months following up with different people in Bharat gas to get the same transferred to Vadodara. Pune staff escalated it to Mumbai and Mumbai office is again sitting on my issue from last 1 week. Was co ordinating with a lady named Poonam I believe:[protected] she stopped answering my calls now. Have not seen an firm which takes 3 months to transfer the connection, Please stop my gas connection and give me 100% refund. they have taken all my documents too. .
