Bharat Gas — Regularly block my account

I am consumer of your services, placing at INDORE and my distributer of M/s Modi Gas Services, New Palasiya, Indore I want to complaint about this Distributor. Actually from last three to four month they are regularly block my account for the documentation. But they are not informing me about it. When I called them about booking of gas then they tell me about this problem. After that near 3-4 times I will submit my all documents to there office. Every time I have to go over there for twice a day for one – one documents. They are not giving proper instruction about all documents and also not pick the phone. When I called them the phone will be continuously ringing. When I go to there office I saw the mess over there. They spread all the documents on the table carelessly. And the phones are continuously ringing but the staff are not pick up the phone. Even after there is no rush in there office and I seen not to much work load on them.. They are taking print out of Admit card of one of there staff relatives. The three staff member are present in their office and all of them are busy with that print out only. Every your customer are not free to go again and again to Distributors office for only documentation (which have to do again and again for same problem like ID Proof and all) We both husband – wife are doing service and we have to take leave for this reasons. One more things I want to tell you that one time my gas cylinder was leaked. It happened may last between 1 year. I called in office to informed it problem but the owner of the agency will informed us that bring that leaked cylinder and replace it. Is the service is OK Sir? Consumer have to suffer about leaked cylinder? BHARAT GAS SERVICES give this type of service to there customer. From the last 33 years I am taking this cylinder from Mumbai distributorship, I am not facing any problem from your company, but now form 5 years I am here at INDORE having service from MODI DISTRIBUTER. But we are not satisfied. This time I submit my all documents like – Adhar Card, Pan Card, Rent agreement, Bank Cheque with IFSCI Code, Photo, Old gas papers, book like all the documents. But still my Account is blocked and they not informing me. When I booked my cylinder at dt, . 21.9.2009 and today I called them for enquiry then they tell me about this same problem. Now you tell me what have to do ?
