Bharat Gas Service — late delivery of cylinder

sir i have booked cylinder 15 days ago..and they haven't deliverd that yet...i am fully fed up by bharat gas service.. when i ask them that when will my cylinder will be deliver..they always give one ans..2 din mai aajega... i also went to their gas agency ..they said ki 2 din mai aa jaega..aur zyaada problem ho toh khud le jao... i mean is this their good service...they even don't talk nicely .. sir i want you to take some strict action so they should deliver everyone cylinder on time.. my consumer no.-595857 M/s.
